Bin collection day in Victoria
Victoria is standardising household recycling into four streams. Your council still publishes the collection calendar. Some households use a drop-off for one of the streams instead of a fourth kerbside bin.
Bin Stickers Australia is an independent sticker supplier. We are not a council or government waste service. Confirm collection days, missed bins and replacement bins on your council's official website.
Lid colours we can cite

What the official pages say
Sustainability Victoria describes the four streams as a lime-green bin for food and garden organics, a purple bin for glass bottles and jars, a yellow bin for mixed recycling, and a red bin for general rubbish.
The Victorian Government says households reach that four-stream system either with kerbside bins or a drop-off, and that councils decide the local arrangement within the service standard.
The published waste service standard requires council and Alpine Resorts Victoria kerbside bins to use those lid colours by 1 July 2027. A lid already on a bin may not match the new colour yet.

A sticker does not change the collection week. If you are labelling the bin, see where to put the sticker and how collection days work.
